We understand our guards are an investment to protect your expensive motorcycle, and we also understand that if at any time you are unhappy with our products we are here to help. We have an excellent lifetime warranty that covers all of our guards at Bullet Proof Designs.
We will issue full refunds on our products if they are in new condition, as long as we are able to resell the returned product. For all returns/refunds, please use the contact us form and we will reply as quickly as possible with instructions on returning/receiving a refund. We will always try our hardest to fix any problem that arises after purchasing our guards. This includes freight tracking or delays, wrong product received, mis-labeled or incorrect product ordered, fitment issues, or any other issues with our product.
Our shipping policy is to quickly ship all in-stock product out as quickly as possible. As long as the product is in-stock, we should be able to ship same day or next day Monday through Friday. If the order is placed over the weekend, we will ship product upon returning to the shop on Monday. We always strive to ship product as quickly as we can, we understand how important it is to get product in your hands as fast as possible.
Turnaround times will vary depending on time of year and inventory. If product is out of stock, there may be up to 2-3 weeks turnaround time, due to building additional product, anodizing turnaround and lead times, etc.
